Terms and Conditions for self catering cottages at Edenmouth Farm
When booking at Edenmouth Holiday Cottages you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions:
Our cottages all have a no smoking policy.
Our contract is in place when we have confirmed your booking by email or letter.
Provisional bookings will be held for 5 days, until deposit is received.
Each booking requires a completed booking form or letter containing required details and a deposit representing 20% of value of stay.
Payments by cheque should be made payable to ‘Edenmouth Farm’ most credit and debit cards can also be accepted.
The balance of payment becomes due 28 days before arrival, no reminders will be sent.
Cancellations made before 28 days will forfeit the deposit and after 28 days will forteit the full amount. However, every effort will be made to relet the cottage and if this is sucessful the rent will be refunded less any administration costs i,.e advertising .
Included in the cost of the lets are : Bed linen, beds made up for arrival, one set of bath and hand towel per bed space, one bath mat and non slip mat and one toilet roll and soap per bathroom. Tea towels, j cloths , washing up liquid and one kitchen roll per kitchen, plus dishwasher tablets for Lodge cottage. Electricty and oil for heating. Cot and mattress and high chair (bring your own cot linen.
DOGS: We do accept dogs in our cottages but please apply for our ‘Dog Rules’ which are common sense but necessary. Dogs charge is £15 per dog per stay.
FIREWORKS: Not allowed to be let off from Edenmouth due to the animals on the farm.
Damages: Please let us know as soon as possible of any damage or breakages, accidents do happen and we would like to try to keep any inconvenience to a minimum. All cottages are thoroughly cleaned between lets but we ask you to leave as clean and tidy as possible.
Arrival time is from 3.30pm and departure time is by 10am unless otherwise arranged.
